SMK Traders provides dry fruits, nuts, food products, and other products displayed on our website from time to time.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Natural food products such as dry fruits and nuts may also have normal variations between batches.

Such reasonable natural or packaging variations do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

5. Product Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you and provide an appropriate option, such as  :

• Removal of the unavailable item; or
• A refund for the unavailable item where payment has already been made.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for individual orders where reasonably necessary.

Product prices displayed on the website are shown in Indian Rupees ( ₹ ) unless otherwise stated.

SMK Traders will not be responsible for avoidable delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery or reshipping charges may apply where an order must be sent again because incorrect information was supplied.

9. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Depending on availability, these may include online payment methods, wallet payments, cash on delivery, or other payment options.

Orders requiring advance payment will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.

SMK Traders does not guarantee the continuous availability of every payment method.

Orders will be delivered according to our applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

13. Courier and Outstation Orders

For orders shipped through third party courier services, tracking and delivery information may be provided by the courier company.

An order may be considered delivered when the courier tracking system records the shipment as successfully delivered, subject to any verified delivery dispute.

Customers should promptly notify us if there is a genuine issue with the delivery status.

SMK Traders cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after successful delivery.
